Okay, what’s going on out there people?
I opened my door this morning to check the weather as I was sipping a cup of strong coffee and a box was sitting on my stoop. Taking a closer look, it was addressed to “Pizzablogger”. Other than my immediate family and a couple of close friends, no one in the Bloggersphere knows where I live. The only thing written on the upper left corner of the box where the return address should have been was “Tommy the Tomato, Washington D.C.”
Must be some kind of joke from a close friend.
Not knowing what to expect, I opened the box in my backyard before harvesting some basil and in the box was some type of heirloom tomato with a knife stuck into it and a strange “letter”. Huh?
Okay, Own Up Somebody
The letter, apparently written in either tomato sauce or ketchup, said simply, “Settle The Score Or Else…….”
Or Else?
What score? WTF is going on here?
Somebody has got some ’splainin to do!

Things are great in the Northeast! Still playing the occasional poker homegame and we are expecting our first on March 1. Hopefully we’ll make it down to Baltimore again sometime next year. I have to check in with my tenants at some point.
